This new $5 million 20,901 s.f. car dealership and service facility was built using massive tilt-up precast concrete wall panels, some of which were over 8’ x 20’.  We worked with the general contractor and the client from project inception to successful completion.  The client’s expectations were exceeded and there were only four RFI’s (Request For Information) from the general contractor during the construction process.  The first of many projects for what has become one of our best repeat clients, this project was an immediate success for the owner and continues to be an excellent facility.
