These back-to-back projects in 2017 and 2018 at the Ardex Americas facility were very large and successful undertakings.

The first project was a 55,483 s.f. Warehouse and Research facility addition.  The second was a 16,834 s.f. Production Tower addition.  Both of these projects were completed utilizing the design/build approach to design and construction.
